Wow, it has been quite long enough since we updated some of the content of our website!  

Now that we have some down time after the holidays, and a dedicated contract employee to enhance our website, we are looking forward to more concentrated time with our customers, creating more fantastic custom designs, catching you up on recent news, and looking forward to the growth that will come from it!

Brian James Montgomery was awarded the prestigious Certified Sales Associate certificate from the America Gem Society on September 23, 2011 after completing the Society's requirements for Gemological, metals and design knowledge in the jewelry industry. He was presented his certificate and lapel badge today by Brian Wilson, RJ (AGS).

This week there will be major technology changes at Diadem Jewelers! Our Digital Goldsmith workstation will be transformed with a new 46" widescreen monitor. With this addition you will be pleased to clearly see and interact with your servant to design your own fine jewelry from your fine gold, platinum, palladium or silver assets.

Many customers rework existing jewelry into pleasing designs that meet their own design requirements with the help of our designers. The two dimensional design tool works for either a basic design layout or total customization. We will be offering a special contest during the last 15 days of October for one facebook customer to win a free design and model, with casting fees paid! A $450 value. Just supply the metals and stones and you have a beautiful new piece of Jewelry!

Brian Montgomery, our sales consultant and jewelry designer will present the contest on a "Free Facebook Friday" soon. We are doing some minor adjustments to the service environment at Diadem Jewelers!!

We've made some major investments in technology to better serve you in our custom design and our repair departments. Likely, you've heard "Buzz" our CNC Mill making weird noises when it is cutting a ring model or an ancient coin necklace that we have designed. That weird noise certainly distracts from our service environment making many distractions.

So! We are moving several things behind a new partition to keep the real jewelry showroom just that,..  a jewelry showroom.  No longer will you be bothered by Sterling clacking around the front setting bench and the engraving bench,.. it is going behind the partition too, along with the laser welder and moving the jeweler's bench to keep the other technology real! (the bench is the traditional technology for both repair and design work).

So, there is now a barrier covering up our technology and quieting the noise. You should soon get even faster repair service and hopefully we will turn around our design work on a more timely basis.
