We are proud to be a longstanding local business, over the history of our store our ability to serve customers has reached not only outside our own area but as far California and beyond! Our desire has always been to provide our customers with fine quality jewelry, professional expertise, and excellent service. With this in mind we have partnered with one of our longest standing, national vendors to offer you, our customers both near and far, the ability to shop online and have your purchases either shipped to our store for pickup or sent on directly to your door!
The process is simple, follow the link here to get right in the mix with a wonderful selection of Silver cross pendants, or click the tab “Shop Online” in the menu or even click the image at the top of this page. Within the virtual store, find whatever your heart desires and click, “Add to quote.” The Quote functions the similar to a shopping cart on any other online retail website, the only difference is you are not actually purchasing the item(s). Once you have found everything you are looking for, click on “View Quote” in the top right hand corner of the screen. Verify all the items you would like, add any questions or information you have for us, like “Can you call me to talk about this?” or “Does this come in my preferred (color, size, shape, etc.)?” and click “Submit Inquiry” You will be asked for some basic contact information.
Once a quote is submitted we will contact you within 24-48 hours during our regular business hours of Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday, 9:30am – 2:00pm. We will verify the item(s) you are wanting to purchase as well as provide you with any necessary additional information such as the final price including tax and shipping (if applicable) and estimated arrival dates for those items. We will then obtain your shipping preference, either Site to Store, or Store to Door and a down payment of half the value of the item(s). For clarity, all items purchased online are shipped to our store, from their we will either hold them for pickup or ship the purchases to you. It’s that easy.
Not happy with your item(s)? No Problem! Come by the store, call or email us within 30 days of receipt and we are happy to exchange, return or refund items that don’t work out. However, Custom Design, monogram, or personalized items are non-refundable.
